02/13/2023: Concur Third Party Meetings Access for Attendees - RESOLVED
10:02am EST (02/21/2023) - RESOLVED - SAP Concur has advised us that a fix has been put in place and they have not been receiving any errors. Groupize has independently tested as well and we are also not seeing any issues. If your attendees are experiencing an issue with booking air for non-profiled travellers, please reach out to us at support@groupize.com and we will assist with diagnosing the issue.
10:00pm EST (02/17/2023) - UPDATE - A potential fix is being put into production over the weekend by SAP Concur. Once their internal validation has been completed, we will be updated with the status of a resolution.
1:28pm EST (02/17/2023) - UPDATE - SAP Concur has confirmed an ongoing issue with the Concur Third Party meetings tool, affecting all partners. They are working towards a resolution and we are in continuous contact with them for updates.
3:56pm EST - A report of Attendees not being able to access Concur Third Party Meetings in order to book air travel as a guest has been made to Groupize Support. We have been able to reproduce the issue have have escalated to our partners at SAP Concur for next steps.
NOTE: This issue appears to be affecting only non-profiled travellers booking air travel via the Concur Third Party Meetings tool. Profiled travellers booking air via the Concur integration as well as pulling flight details back into Groupize from Concur do not appear to be affected at this time.
