4:50pm EDT - RESOLVED - The issue has been resolved. If you are having an issue with pulling Concur Profile IDs, please contact support@groupize.com with your event ID and the specific issue you're experiencing.
2:07pm EDT - UPDATE - Working together, Groupize and Concur engineers have identified a possible cause to the ongoing Concur API access issues and are in the process of testing a resolution. If you are experiencing an issue with a live event, please contact support@groupize.com with your event ID and the specific issue you're experiencing.
8:34am EDT - Groupize is aware of an issue regarding the inability to pull Concur profile ID's back into Groupize. This affects users that are added via an import template, during the registration flow, and via the "Add from SAP Concur" functionality. Groupize Engineers are in contact with Concur to assist in resolving.
NOTE: There does not appear to be any issue with pulling flight or other travel data from attendees who already have a user profile associated with their registration.
