10/01/2024: Issue with Uploading Images - RESOLVED
3:46pm EDT - RESOLVED - This issue has been resolved. Images are now able to be successfully imported into Groupize. Should you still be experiencing an issue, please contact support@groupize.com with your event ID# and the specific location of where you're attempting to import an image.
1:18pm EDT - UPDATE - Working with the team at Filestack, we've identified the cause of the issue and are in the process of implementing a resolution.
8:27am EDT - We have been made aware of an issue with a third-party provider, Filestack, that is affecting the ability to upload images into Groupize. We have an open ticket with the provider and will update once we learn more.
