11/22/2019: eBids emails incorrectly triggered to hotels - RESOLVED

**There was an issue reported on 11/22/19 where some eBids emails were unintentionally triggered to hotels this morning. We were running a test on our automatic notifiers prior to the workday (around 7AM ET), and some emails for past events were accidentally sent to hotels. Please disregard any emails from hotels for past events.
