02/19/2025: Issue with Downloading Reports & Email Delivery - RESOLVED
4:24pm EDT - RESOLVED - The backlog of jobs that was affecting report downloads & emails has been cleared. We no longer see any delays in these actions. If you are still experiencing an issue, please email support@groupize.com and provide your event ID number.
3:34pm EDT - UPDATE - Emails affected are those being sent in "bulk" (i.e. invitations). They are currently queued in a backlog and will be sent once the issue is resolved. Other emails may experience a minor delay.
2:45pm EDT - UPDATE - Engineering has identified the issue and is currently working on a resolution.
1:22pm EDT - We have been made aware of an issue impacting the ability for users to be able to download reports as well as email delivery. Our Engineering team is currently investigating.
