06/10/2025: Intermittent Outage with Third-Party Hosting Provider - RESOLVED
7:10pm ET - UPDATE - We have received word from Salesforce Heroku that the issues have been resolved. Our initial testing has shown positive results, and all available information indicates that service has been fully restored. We will continue to monitor and provide updates if needed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

6:18pm ET - UPDATE - Our team has observed performance improvements with our platform. An alert from Salesforce Heroku as also advised they're seeing improved performance. We will continue to monitor our platform as well as updates from the third-party provider.
5:02pm ET - UPDATE - The issue with our third-party provider, Salesforce Heroku, continues. They have indicated that while they're making progress, an estimated timeline for full resolution is not available. Our team is closely monitoring and will continue to provide relevant updates as they become available.
3:51pm ET - UPDATE - Salesforce Heroku is observing positive results in initial testing and will provide a resolution timeline once it's available.
3:16pm ET - UPDATE - Our third-party provider has notified our team that they've identified the likely trigger of the issue and is making strong progress toward a resolution. They will be providing an ETA for resolution when it's available.
1:36pm ET - UPDATE - From the third-party service provider: "We continue to work on a permanent fix and explore alternate paths to resolution. Once the fix is developed, an estimated time to resolution will be shared."
11:57am ET - UPDATE - We have received notification that Salesforce Heroku has executed a restart of their platform and are monitoring for performance.
11:19am ET - UPDATE - Our team is continuing to closely monitor the efforts of the third-party hosting provider to resolve the issue.
10:24am ET - UPDATE - The affected third-party hosting provider has alerted us they are "continuing to investigate and remediate an issue with intermittent outages."
9:20am ET - We are currently experiencing an intermittent outage with our third-party hosting provider, Salesforce Heroku, which may result in temporary disruptions to Groupize services. The hosting provider is aware of the issue and is actively working on a resolution. Our team is also closely monitoring the situation to ensure service is restored as quickly as possible.
